Suffering from Elbow & Wrist Pain?

Elbow and wrist pain can be a common presenting complaint to our team of osteopaths. Most commonly elbow pain is the result of repetitive movement/motion which causes a strain or overuse type injury. Some of these repetitive injuries you may have heard of before are tennis or golfers elbow. These may be caused by the repetitive motion of playing tennis or golf, but more often are caused by other types of daily repetitive motions at work, such as computer work – typing/mouse work, hammering nails or lifting children.
