Suffering from Shoulder Pain & Injuries?
Shoulder pain is a very common complaint seen by our team of osteopaths. The unique and complex anatomy of the shoulder makes it the joint with the greatest range of motion but least stability, making it more susceptible to injury. Most commonly shoulder pain is a result of repetitive stress or trauma to the rotator cuff – a group of muscle responsible for movement and stability of the shoulder, however, can also become injured and painful from things like posture, ageing and lack of use.
