Berwick Family Osteopathy & Spinal Clinic has a casual/part time salaried position available for an awesome Allied Health Receptionist, that wants to be work with a supportive and collaborative team!

It would be desirable for us to take on a new team member with proven experience within a health setting, as you will be responsible for the day to day running of the clinic. Although experience is a bonus, it is not essential for the right person.
We require a casual applicant (with potential to become a permanent part time position) to start immediately – October 2021.
You will be required to work a mixture of shifts ranging in hours between: 8.30am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 1pm on Saturday. You will also need to be available to fill in for other reception staff with on sick or annual leave.
We are looking for a motivated individual, who is bubbly, friendly and confident. As our receptionists play a vital role to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, therefore the applicant must be committed to this role.
Our ideal team member will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills the ability to multitask, prioritise and organise themselves; and be able to follow our policies and procedures efficiently.
The role will include the following (but not limited too):
• answering phones
• making patient appointments
• meeting and greeting patients
• billing patients
• various house keeping duties
• balancing & banking cash
• checking and actioning mail & emails
• following thoroughly our cleaning routine. Making sure our COVIDSafe Plan is abided too.
